Wow. I never knew Doctor Who pretty much invented the definition.
Sure was Lucky Mark Twain, "Courage is resistance to fear, mastery of fear, not absence of fear" and Nelson Mandela, "I learned that courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it. The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear" and everyone else ever saying pretty much the same thing watched that Doctor Who episode
