I mean, as a 36 year old still trying to get my feet firmly into live, it's not so much a mid-life crisis as life has always been a crisis, but you're older now.
Millennials and Gen Z might in general have less mid-life crises as the concept seems developed from a time where people had their lives together by 35 and realised they'd achieved all they were supposed to and were forced to look at the reality that half-lifetime of emotional avoidance.
