I'm picturing an EV robot pizza van with a propane oven. You can roll out to where the action is and crank out pizzas that just slide the box out of a slot. Order online and QR scan to get your order. Maybe even delivery. Pizza assembled and cooked en route. My first thought was kinda like the old Fotomat booths.
