Hey all, I have been remodeling my bathroom and got to electrical. The pic is not the final wiring as I ended up not using the 12/3 red wire (it wasn’t necessary), and had to do a pigtail off the neutral. There is a dimmer switch on the right going to 4 commercial electric recessed lights, and a DewStop humidity sensor & switch on the left. The other non pigtail hot wire is going to an outlet next to the mirror so it needs to always be on.
When the lights are on and the fan is turned on it’s fine, then you turn off the fan and the lights have a bright flicker. It happens every time regardless of the lights being dimmed or not. It is like there is kickback in the line to cause the flicker when the fan is turned off. Please help me to stop this annoying flicker!
Thank you all in advance!

Your lights and or dimmer are reacting to the common neutral. LED lights are very sensitive to the dimmer. Many are electronic and common neutral can cause issues.
No pic showing so just basic overview. Can test with reg incandescent light to see if still get flicker. If no, then your fan may need its own independent power....no shared neutral.
You said you have red/black wire setup...do they have their own circuit? (breaker). Guessing no and that can be a source of issue as well.
