At some point, usually when you start doing it regularly and with such quality, it stops being diy and starts being artisanal.

Hah, me too, she is on here a lot with excellent quality work, though she does show all the steps and isn't using any fancy tools, these are all hand crafted with simple steps, just very high quality.
