Actually housing prices are projected to rise in greater Hartford this year about 8%. Many people interested in Connecticut. Not only from NY- but from the Washington DC area- and states suffering from heat, drought and extreme weather.

When moving these days- one must do their homework about climate change- the biggest issue this country and world has ever faced. Those moving south to areas that will become brutally hot do so at their own risk. In the end they will pay more than staying in CT.
