You didn't ask but, I'll share...We've been out of power since 4:15-ish p.m. We just keep getting the same canned text response. It says, "There is a known outage at (your address). Est restoration is under assessment. Treat downed wires as live and dangerous." Over and over. ☹️

Same. What if we said that about our bills. ‘There is a known non payment. Estimated payment is under assessment. Treat cold and angry customers as dangerous.’
