First person apart from myself to recommend Marine Layer.

I fucking live this brand. Everything I own from them is top tier.

Not biased at all as the mod of /r/marinelayer

Dang, I guess I've had bad luck with Marine Layer then. I purchased two shirts from them and they both fell apart shortly after. They both ripped on the sleeves, just above the cuff, after pretty light wear.

I will say their customer service handled it great though.

Yeah, I'm not a fan of their tees personally, but I have a few button up shirts, hoodies, and outerwear that I've had since 2016-present.

Their pants are generally too short on me.
