Disc golf is fun! You don’t have to “go out”, but you do have to find an local park. It’s really cheap to get into ($25 starter sets at most large stores), it gets you outside, it’s a nice hike while throwing things at things.

Oh I got one for you. My dude, you goto any junk store and buy any kitchy “precious moments “ type figurines. Paint them black with red eyes. THEN you’re going to hide them. Like people do with the painted rocks OR you sneak them back to the store you got them from and put it back on the shelf.

I like putting models together. Particularly Giant Robots and figures. It's like putting together a puzzle (with instructions) of an action figure. Then you can display them or make little stop action movies or whatever.its great.

I enjoy diamond painting. Its time consuming, tedious, but easy as well

Get a console or PC for games. Learn an instrument, I have a guitar and a midi keyboard. Get a VR headset and beat saber for exercise. Learn a language. Learn to draw.
Or just be like me and watch anime 24/7.

Gaming. I spent time learning bushcraft from my shed as I watched over the dog in the yard, that one was kinda therapeutic. Can’t go wrong learning how to craft, go to the extreme and build a life model of something from your favourite game or movie. I built the magnum from halo ce out of wood over the pandemic lockdowns which was fun

Drawing is a good one. Doesn’t matter if you can’t draw because you’ll get better and doodling will work too. Doodle stick figures, draw a space ship, etc.
