More life and more death. I’m convinced the cycle never ends just expands somehow.

I assume that there's this psychodelic experience where brain just shows you random images. And then nothing.

I hope the “pearly gates” and greeting my maker as a friend and not an enemy. I would also be ok with oblivion, popped like a soap bubble but I don’t believe that to be true. If it’s anything else let’s said I’m afraid and I have good reason to be afraid.

A dreamlike state that we experience until we come back in a new body.

I’ve had a near death experience, you feel this weird peace.

It’s not like the peace that you feel when you’re meditating or doing something calm, it’s even more peaceful than that. So I think you will feel utmost peace while each of your neurons shut down, and then darkness.

I also believe that maybe people manifest their afterlife based on what they believed in 🤷‍♀️

I believe in the standard Judeo Christian belief that not only will we go to a spirit world after we leave this life, so that we can be taught about the ways of our Father, and at the end of a literal thousand year millennium we will all be resurrected and have perfect bodies that will never suffer again. That’s the part I really like!

“We are going to die, and that makes us the lucky ones. Most people are never going to die because they are never going to be born. The potential people who could have been here in my place but who will in fact never see the light of day outnumber the sand grains of Arabia. Certainly those unborn ghosts include greater poets than Keats, scientists greater than Newton. We know this because the set of possible people allowed by our DNA so massively exceeds the set of actual people. In the teeth of these stupefying odds it is you and I, in our ordinariness, that are here. We privileged few, who won the lottery of birth against all odds, how dare we whine at our inevitable return to that prior state from which the vast majority have never stirred?”

Why? You would not be there to notice

Think if it like this

Do you remember the exact time you fell asleep? You remember having your eyes closed, thinking about tomorrow, then nothing, like your brain is skipping it, every single night, then you wake up, add dream here an there

But, you don't know where exactly you fell asleep, that's what I think the nothing is, you wouldn't even know that

had an experience about 2 years ago with a witness present that made me a believer in souls so if they can be left behind here on earth they definitely go somewhere.
