A lovely painting. The windows are interesting, as they are black they give an element of mystery or a bit sinister. Was that the intent, rather than going for a lighter colour?

Thank you. That wasn’t my intent, but I really like that interpretation, and I think it goes well with the darkness of the surrounding trees. Almost like the house is luring you into a trap!
