Would've loved to have seen an actual restaurant or small grocery store here. This area is already overflowing with bakeries (and I want nothing threatening the existence of Donut Run).

Soupergirl has recently entered into Costco distribution, so I guess with grocery store sales they can shutter the storefront!

I’ve never been, but that place always smelled so so heavenly when I walked by. I hope the new place smells just as lovely jaja.

Drat, that was one of the only kosher places in the area. I hate taking the metro deep into the city whenever I want to eat out. :(

I believe they will sell souper girl products at the new shop. Are there places in silver spring that are closer?

Soupergirl's retail storefront has been essentially shuttered since the pandemic, (I think you could technically pick up orders at the door?), which felt like a waste of a Metro-adjacent location.
I'll be glad to get something that drives foot traffic at that corner again.
