Warrior Nun is one of Netflix's "let's name it exactly what it is" titles that probably throws a big audience because of it. (Looking at you, "Teenage Bounty Hunters")

It's a very good show, far better than it has any right to be yet not good enough to be must-watch TV. S2 is better than S1, so if you're looking for a fun action-adventure this'll fit the bill.

I'm still mad about Teenage Bounty Hunters. That show was fucking great. Netflix sure has a hard-on for cancelling their shows on a cliffhanger.

Strange, I really had a better kick out of S1. But glad people enjoyed it so much.

(Missing you TBH! Gone too soon!)

It's based on a comic book. So that's where the title comes from.

The comic books use the "Warrior Nun Areala" name. Using that name would probably think it's about nun's boobs or something.

It's a fun show. Significantly better than par action scenes, compelling characters and some gorgeous scenery - its shot in Spain rather than in Canada/Georgia like your typical genre show, and that really makes it stand out

I am absolutely delighted that the show made it this far and people are still watching it and it’s gonna get even more seasons hopefully

I liked s1, but it was kinda meh. I think s2 really knocked it out of the park though.

I can't believe they made a show about this. I loved the comic.

i like this show a lot. both seasons were very fun and enjoyable. this show also has some excellent fight/action choreography in it. it also has some not so great fight/choreography moments in it too but for the most part the fight scenes are top notch!

the one BIG thing they did that made me angry as hell was having season 1's finale be this huge, epic-looking showdown battle.....only for them to completely skip over it in Season 2's first episode!!! through characters talking about what happened we hear about what happened in that season 1 finale showdown but that's about it. it was incredibly frustrating.

How are you the only one talking about this. I went back to watch the last episode before starting season 2 because I couldn’t remember anything about it, and when episode one of season 2 started I thought I skipped an episode. It really bothers me how season 1 ends and season 2 starts. I feel like turning it off

Christian inspired media just couldn’t be more revolting at the moment. How do you watch this and ignore the religious theme?
