Stick It In Your Ear is definitely best for new records. Though I've had some luck with the Vintage Stock stores and Entertainmart.

Definitely Heavy Heads or Stick it. If they don't have it, they can usually order it for you. Also FYE in the battlefield mall has a decent selection of new records.
