I was just refused service because while I was waiting IN STORE I forgot what kind of coil my vape needed (new to vaping) so I hopped on trusty Google to refresh my mind only to be refused service because apparently you cant have your cell phone out in the store. If I may ask what kind of business practice are they following not allowing their customers to use their devices in store. They expect new customers or people new to vaping to memorize their needs? What if they read some great reviews on some juice online and came in to purchase it only to get there and be refused service because they didnt want to sound like an idiot and ask for the wrong thing so they whipped their phone out to make sure what they were going to say was correct. It literally blows my mind. If this is what vapor world has turned into because they can't stop selling to minors good luck. Sucks to suck

Which store were you in? What location? I have found some locations to be very customer oriented and others not so much.
