Update: FOUND! By a fellow Redditor!

Hi all. My daily commuter, Ursula was stolen from my apartment parking garage sometime in the last 24 hours. I live on the 400 block of Stockton. It’s not a kickstart bike. Anywho, if anyone see it, please contact me via DM or Richmond Police. Pictures do not include new Gritty sticker on front of bike and new license plate that reads “RAYNBO”.

Yes! User yewbaby actually saw it this morning and DMed me. I had it back a few minutes later and called the popo back.
