It is lower than regular salt, because it’s mixed with herbs, spices, and garlic. The pepper one is great too.

Grew up eat Jane’s on all grilled meats. It is the best and I can’t image a burger without it.

I’ll have to actually look for it, I forgot about it so I haven’t really “looked” for it and the seasoning/spice aisle isn’t one I go down most trips to the store, only when I need something.
