Our current district is unable to recruit/retain teaching staff. It's a very dire situation. Any advice in general is appreciated.

My wife is a SPED teacher in a SJ district. Are you looking to send your child somewhere, find a job as a teacher in a different district, or looking to move?

Possibly move to send our child elsewhere. Having too many issues in our current district special services school.

Not south jersey, but I’ve been told Woodbridge has/had one of the best child study teams and special ed teachers out there.
