Any recommendations for realtors in the Concord-plus area?

Hello everyone!

My wife and I are looking to purchase a house in areas within a 50 minute commute around Concord, NH.

We're at the point that we can actively engage with a realtor, but we don't have any recommendations to go on. My SIL didn't have the greatest experience with her realtor recently so I figured I'd ask the Reddit hive mind before plunging blindly into the market!

Does anyone here know of some realtors they'd recommend?

We're not looking for anything fancy, and we're pretty vanilla when it comes to the type of house & service we're looking for (i.e. we're not looking to split fees or anything 👀)

April Dunn is probably the best for what youre looking for. She knows everyone

Also, a "50 minute commute" from Concord is basically all of southern NH

'tis true about the commute! But it's safer to give a commute radius than risk a "where/what is southern New Hampshire" debate, haha!

Just used Jon Farewell, great guy. Spent way too long with a different agent and no luck, switched over and our first offer was accepted below list in the most competitive price. Super nice guy and a vet.
