Drove past that yesterday. Wonder why it hasn’t been removed.

They’re still waiting for the cops to arrive.

As someone who was hit and then ran from, I can attest to this statement.

Saw this yesterday and thought it was a horrible parking job from behind. Then thought the back car hit the car in front and it’s clear the back car was hit and there was a full rim of the front of another car in the middle of the street but no police or people around. My friend reported to the non emergency line and they didn’t seem to care. There was a hand written note on the windshield and then later a police report on the windshield. Still bizarre no one came to clean this up….and that’s all I know haha

Lived in that area for over 8 years and NEVER parked on Marin precisely because of this concern... I see so many people drive down Marin like maniacs, all worked up over the recent changes (removing lanes, un-synchronizing lights, etc) and the only surprising thing is that we don't see more of this on a regular basis.

If it's dangerous to park there, I can only imagine how bad it is to cross it safely.

Bad, it's bad. Doesn't matter if I have the light, still crossing as if I don't.

It's particularly bad to cross at the intersection crossing Marin to/from O'Hara's. For whatever reason, people turning from 1st onto Marin to head North can seldom be bothered to wait for pedestrians and will often cut off people.

That's exactly where I was almost run over at 7am.

I think we should just leave this the way it is. Perhaps a structure of art for downtown

Looks like car hit back of ford explorer then that hit Tesla.

The guy who ran forgets that Tesla has their camera system always on. It probably recorded everything from multiple angles.

It's always on when driving but you can turn it off when parked. It drains about 1% battery every two hours, and even faster if it is parked on a busy street. So no guarantees it was on.

Walked by a few hours ago and it’s still there. Someone also ran over a lamppost on the corner of Pacific and Grand. I’ve seen so much post crash debris on the ground the last few days, and watched an absolute degenerate prick nearly run over what looked like a 10ish year old child who was crossing on Jersey Ave by the hospital. Like enough is enough at this point.

A Range Rover smacked up into a Tesla. That's some Luxury Hit-and-Run.
