You don’t ever need to, but it’s fine if you want to. I just do it whenever I fell a slowdown.

Mine pretty much only get restarted when updated with a new OS version. I have restarted when an app crashed, but that’s rare.

I restart my phone anywhere from once a week to once month, whenever it feels like in needs it.

Easiest way to restart the iPhone is tell Siri to restart iPhone, no more button pushing and holding. So much easier.

Siri always says "I'm sorry I can't help you with that". What voice command are you giving Siri to restart your iPhone?

Doesn't work on my iPhone 14 Pro Max. I'm in the US does that make a difference? Is there a setting that I should change?

I just tried it again and it worked. I saw it first on Tiktok. There are a few posts there about it when I searched. https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZTRtdx2rx/

Often not knowing there is an issue until I try again something with Siri.
After I rebooting it manually, it works! Thanks.

To answer the original OP’s question, daily or at least weekly, anytime I notice an issue. Slow cellular data service can usually be fixed by turning airplane mode on and off and cell antenna on and off, both in control center.
