tested sound, it works but wondering if it would affect the earbuds long term and if there’s anything i could do to make them last longer. also completely dry out of the washer.

In theory since they are passive as long as it dries out before you use them nothing should happen

That's assuming the internals didn't get damaged during washing. If they did, OP is most likely screwed.
