Equinox Sports Club at 4 Avery St has a great pool. I think they will still do day passes but dm me if you want me to send you a guest pass (with a promise that you will not do anything to make me lose guest privileges) 😉

The city of Boston has several that are open in various corners of the city. Well maintained. You have to create a user account at the city web site however then register on line for a swim slot.

Boston sports club on Boylston had an indoor lap pool. Its only 3 lanes but its useable.
