It could be a long shot, but anyone interested in going bouldering together? I’m fairly new to bouldering and trying for v1, 2 at the moment. I have a membership at Central Rock Gym in Warwick, but love to go to other gyms as well!

Unable to join you, but I've really enjoyed Rock Spot in Lincoln

I went to one in Peace Dale and liked it. I’ll try Lincoln one too, thanks!

Fwiw, I personally think Lincoln is better for top rope or leading than bouldering. If you are just into bouldering and are a newbie, CRG Warwick is the best spot. If you are ready to advance your bouldering, I recommend Rock Spot Providence as it’s all bouldering and definitely geared towards folks with experience.

How does the rock gym in warwick compare to the one in Wakefield? I've been looking for a reason to check it out

Honestly I don’t know that well as I just visited two places only once. I think there are more bouldering problems at CRG and liked their layout of bouldering walls as it’s all in one floor with more dynamic angles. I saw more auto-belays in Wakefield one. Not sure whether this is helpful but I tried!

CRG Warwick: Shorter walls, less autobelays, maybe a bit more bouldering? Nicer, more modern gym overall - full modern training room with weights, moonboard, etc. Locker rooms with showers. In terms of the climbing, I think the grades at Warwick are very soft compared to Wakefield, and I think the route setting at Wakefield is better - more technical and thoughtful/ sequency, I guess? (people describe the routes there as “bouldery”, and some don’t like that)
