All of us with no exception deal with this frequently.
And whenever I find myself in these days, I do small changes, that allow me somehow to go around this rut:
- I review my most important priorities ( those are the projects that if kept on going, you're fine if the rest were dropped)
For example: My first priority is my YouTube channel. I also learn frequently I workout I meditate
When I find myself in these days, I eathier drop everything else, and focus my reduced energy on the channel.
So the moral of the point: "Desperete times call for desperate measures"
- I remind myself of the end line, the arrival point.
It speaks to our inner child these moments, we are naturally attracted to stories that ends up well, let alone if they're ours.
Asking this question will refresh your faith in your abilities.
(I ask this to myself every night in your bed time)
I Do those two, and work on auto pilot, somehow it works and it doesn't take too long till I get back on the chase with full power. . There is no measurement to this, at least for me, sometimes I live that for a day, but other times I live it for a week before I feel the urge again, so be flexible, mainwhile, your goal is still moving forward.
So with that said, the point of this trick is to be strategic.
"If you found yourself weak in the middle of a battle field, turning the power saving mode ON is in your best interest".
.
Long live heros
Brace yourself
Game on!

Isn't also a big motivator that your income is based on your youtube channel?
For example if you got no profits from it, would you always be so keen on still prioritizing it? Wouldn't your inner child think other things mattered too?
