Greetings from Berlin. Anyone been seeing an uptick in xfinity service dropping out? Been out for almost an hour…but generally been having more outage issues past couple weeks. Just trying to gauge if it’s a router issue or more widespread…never had issues until couple weeks ago.

I'm not in Berlin but I'm down on the shoreline. I've experienced internet outages 10 times in the past three weeks for up to an hour.

Actually yes! We have been having terrible service issues for the past week or so. In general, our service isn't very good. We would love to switch to fiber but haven't found a viable option yet. We are in New Britain by Kensington.

Down the road from you then. Interesting…After I restarted my router it seemed to be better. Not sure if I actually changed anything but maybe the refresh helped.

We have done that like 2-3 times a day recently. I have the shitty rental one from Comcast, maybe I should finally buy my own
